Harry Warren House is een pittoresk 19e-eeuws landhuis op een spectaculair terrein van 4 hectare aan zee. Bezoekers vallen meteen op wanneer ze de bocht omrijden door de adembenemende uitzichten over de baai, waarvan de omvang en het drama nogal onverwacht zijn. De tuinen en het terrein hebben interessante kenmerken: de mooi aangelegde conifeertuin met veel zeldzame soorten, de trappen naar het strand, het kleine amfitheater, de boswandeling en de brug over de vijver. Het terrein bestaat voornamelijk uit open grasvelden, waardoor ze een ideale en flexibele locatie zijn, met een keuze aan locaties voor een tent en voldoende ruimte voor gasten om van het landschap te genieten en kinderen om rond te rennen en te verkennen.
