Groepen - Blokken van alleen overnachtingskamers - 10-60 zijn ons doelwit (mag iets groter lijken) ZAKELIJK - kleine groepen (10-30 zijn perfect) zijn perfect. Perfect voor vergaderruimtes en overnachtingskamers. SMERF - wij zijn perfect voor teams - slechts 2 kamertypes: Kings met uitschuifbare kamers en tweepersoonskamers met 2 tweepersoonsbedden en uitschuifbare bedden, gratis ontbijtbuffet/gemakkelijke toegang tot de meeste lokale sportlocaties/gratis busparking Cruisegroepen - perfecte locatie, we zijn naar schatting 20 minuten van de cruisehaven, gratis pendeldienst naar Tampa Airport (10-15 minuten), uitgebreide parkeerpakketten, shuttlebedrijf (tegen betaling) haalt passagiers op van onze deur naar de haven. OVERHEID - enorm, op slechts 20 minuten van MacDill bevinden we ons in een van de dichtstbevolkte gebieden met eet- en uitgaansgelegenheden en dichter bij de luchthaven. Net buiten MacDill is er niet veel te bieden. Weekends in Tampa, vooral buiten het seizoen: half april - september hebben de neiging om langzamer te worden, we kunnen in die periode meestal een scherper tarief aanbieden.
