Het Hotel-Restaurant Olive is gelegen in Tarquinia, in het hart van de Maremma in Zuid-Etrurië - ooit de hoofdstad van het beroemde Etruskische gebied. Er zijn 26 kamers, waaronder 2 suites en 2 tweepersoonskamers met een tussendeur voor gezinnen. Onze eetzaal is onlangs gerenoveerd en biedt een elegante eetervaring voor belangrijke evenementen zoals bruiloften, communies, doopfeesten en sociale evenementen. Hotel All'Olivo biedt een ruime vergaderruimte die volledig is uitgerust voor het organiseren van kleine conferenties, zakelijke bijeenkomsten, werkconventies, opleidingsseminars, cursussen, privéfeesten en bijna elk type reünie. Onze vergaderzaal is zowel elegant als technologisch ingericht met de nieuwste en noodzakelijke apparatuur. De vergaderzaal biedt comfortabel plaats aan maximaal 100 personen met een keuze aan zitplaatsen uit een traditionele concertstijl.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
