Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora ligt in het zuiden van Tenerife en heeft snel een reputatie opgebouwd als een van de beste resorts in Europa. Dit luxe resort biedt verschillende soorten vergaderzalen, speciaal ontworpen voor de organisatie van evenementen, congressen en bijeenkomsten op de Canarische eilanden. 450 kamers en suites: Deluxe standaardkamers van meer dan 48 m², allemaal met een prachtig uitzicht en balkon, mastersuites van meer dan 68 m² met een eigen woonkamer en groot terras, en onze schitterende villa's van 600 m² met eigen tuin en zwembad. Red Level-gebied met 90 deluxe kamers en suites die alleen voor volwassenen zijn bestemd 9 conferentieruimtes: één plenaire zaal van 900 m², geen pilaren en natuurlijk daglicht. Eén flexibele vergaderruimte van 747 m² kan worden verdeeld in 3 aparte kamers en 5 breakout-kamers van verschillende groottes. Meer dan 5 verschillende buitenruimtes die dankzij ons fantastische weer het hele jaar door kunnen worden gebruikt. 18 verkooppunten: 8 verschillende restaurants à la carte, 1 buffetrestaurant met showcooking en 8 bars. Gelegen aan de westkust van Tenerife, op vijf minuten van de kliffen van Los Gigantes, met natuurlijke zeewaterzwembaden, een zwart zandstrand, en op slechts 37 km van de luchthaven Reina Sofía in het zuiden van Tenerife. De hoofdstad van het eiland, Santa Cruz, ligt op 60 minuten afstand en het nationale park „Las Cañadas de Teide”, met de hoogste top van Spanje (3.718 m), ligt op slechts 40 minuten rijden met de auto. Een hoogtepunt is het milde weer in de omgeving, een eeuwige lente, met een jaargemiddelde temperatuur van 23 graden Celsius en 335 dagen zon, volgens het Metereologic Center van Tenerife.

Het totale aantal kamers is 450 (eenpersoons- en tweepersoonskamers) Red Level Alleen voor volwassenen (+16 jaar) boetiekhotel heeft 90 kamers. De gemiddelde toewijzing voor een aanvraag van 3 of meer nachten bedraagt 150-200 kamers per nacht (MLOS minimale verblijfsduur van 3 nachten). Wat opvalt is het overloopzwembad van 260 meter lang en een oppervlakte van 5.000 m², met een overloopzwembad, het grootste van Europa, met 80 waterbedden binnenin en twee geïntegreerde waterrituelen. Ernaast bevinden zich een familiezwembad, een zwembad voor volwassenen en een piratenzwembad (zoet water en verwarmd), evenals het exclusieve Red Level-zwembad voor volwassenen in het Red Level Boutique Hotel (zoet water en verwarmd). Dit hotel maakt deel uit van het Road to Net Zero Events Program van Meliá Hotels International.
