Het Carnegie Lodge Hotel, gelegen aan Viewfield Road, geniet van de voordelen van een uitzicht op het platteland en ligt op slechts tien minuten lopen van het stadscentrum. Tain zelf ligt aan de zuidelijke oever van de Dornoch Firth, in Easter Ross. De omgeving biedt een aantal buitenactiviteiten, zoals golfen, en is letterlijk bezaaid met maar liefst 12 wedstrijdbanen binnen een uur rijden. Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.
