The Mole Resort ligt op 200 hectare prachtig platteland van Noord-Devon, tussen Exmoor en Dartmoor. Het heeft 42 kamers. De accommodatie is gecentreerd op het hoofdgebouw, dat 12 kamers heeft. Executive conferenties voor maximaal 400 personen kunnen worden ondergebracht met een keuze uit vier conferentieruimtes, variërend van de bibliotheek tot The Court.
