De alpenkaasmakerij Schwägalp bevindt zich tegenover ons hotel en het dalstation van de hangbaan en is geopend van mei tot november. In de showzuivelfabriek wordt nog steeds alpenkaas geproduceerd. Het is mogelijk om de alpenkaasmakerij (gratis) te bezoeken, kaasproducten te proeven en te kopen en een rondleiding van 60 minuten voor groepen te boeken. Beleef de zuivelfabriek van dichtbij.
