Het InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa is uw ideale eerste stop in Frans-Polynesië en verwelkomt u in het paradijs met onze weelderige tropische tuin van 32 hectare en heldere, azuurblauwe zeeën. Het InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa is een Polynesisch geïnspireerd resort met 246 onlangs gerenoveerde kamers, verdeeld over laagbouwgebouwen met uitzicht op de oceaan en verschillende bungalows boven het water aan de waterkant. Groepen krijgen een combinatie van kamers met uitzicht op de tuin en de oceaan aangeboden, en vip's kunnen worden geüpgraded naar kamers met panoramisch uitzicht op het eiland Moorea of de typische bungalows boven het water met de sprankelende blauwe oceaan. Ons resort aan de oceaan is gunstig gelegen op slechts 10 minuten van de internationale luchthaven Faa'a van Papeete, de belangrijkste luchthaven in Frans-Polynesië, en op 20 minuten van het centrum van Papeete. Daarnaast bieden we 60 Premium King kamers met een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan (414 vierkante meter) en een balkon van 97 vierkante meter. Met een kingsize bed of twee queensize bedden Voor de ultieme Polynesische luxe bieden we 25 bungalows en suites boven het water met panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan, zonsondergangen en het nabijgelegen Moorea. De eetgelegenheden zijn gevarieerd en variëren van Le Lotus, ons verfijnde restaurant met uitzicht op zee, de Huriama Garden Lounge, met een menu in tapasstijl en een tuinloungesfeer, perfect voor een ontspannen maaltijd of een drankje, vooral bij zonsondergang met uitzicht op Moorea tot restaurant Te Tiare waar de beste Polynesische show op Tahiti wordt geserveerd. We bieden ook 4 bars in het hele resort om de kleuren van de nachtelijke zonsondergangen vast te leggen. De golfbaan van Golf International Olivier Breaud ligt aan de westkust van Tahiti, in Atimaono, op 40 km van het centrum van Papeete. Het biedt een golfbaan met 18 holes en 9 holes die toegankelijk is voor zowel beginnende als ervaren golfers. Deze baan staat internationaal bekend om de kwaliteit van de open fairways en greens met een spectaculair uitzicht op zee. De baan van Atimaono is 5.950 meter lang voor een par van 72 slagen en is goedgekeurd door de Franse golffederatie. Het verwelkomt jaarlijks talrijke internationale spelers op de Open International de Tahiti (Tahiti International Open), waardoor het vandaag deel uitmaakt van het PGA (Professional Golf Association) FPG-circuit (Federation Polynésienne de Golf — Polynesian Golf Federation). Een extra golfbaan is te vinden op het eiland Moorea, de 18-holes golfbaan Moorea Green Pearl, ontworpen door Jack Nicklaus, is bereikbaar met de hogesnelheidsveerboot (45 minuten) vanuit het centrum van Papeete of per helikopter vanaf de luchthaven van Papeete. http://www.greenpearl.golf
