Against all odds, we have opened up our newest restaurant, Serafina, This little gem of a restaurant, perched on top of Nob Hill, has truly been a labor of love, as we were set to open at the end of February, and then had to do so during the ensuing pandemic....We are so excited about Serafina, which has been a concept in the making for many years for us. Serafina was Maurizio’s grandmother, and the name of her eponymous restaurant in the heart of Trastevere (Rome), where Maurizio first began making pizzas at the age of 14. She was a tough woman and wonderful chef.. an inspiration for his love of cooking then, and inspiration of how he is determined to persevere despite the difficult circumstances of today. We hope to create a warm, elegant space where neighbors and friends can come together. We have an amazing team with our partner Giuseppe Terminiello, the co-owner of Piccolo Forno with us (we also own Ideale, in North Beach as well), and Umberto Cannarsa, an accomplished and incredibly talented chef from Rome, who had his own successful restaurants there.

De hele lodge is beschikbaar voor exclusieve boekingen. We bieden twee grote overdekte vergaderruimtes en maximaal zes informele pauzeruimtes... hoewel we u altijd de 155 hectare prachtige wildernis aanbevelen om uw eigen conferentieruimte te maken.

Annuleringsbeleid

Een aanbetaling van 50% houdt uw reservering vast; het saldo is verschuldigd bij het uitchecken. Vanwege onze kleine omvang hebben annuleringen of datumwijzigingen een aanzienlijke invloed op ons. Een annulering op het laatste moment of een datumwijziging geeft ons weinig kans om om te boeken. Daarom moeten we een strikt annuleringsbeleid hanteren. Uw aanbetaling wordt terugbetaald als u ten minste 45 dagen voor aankomst annuleert. Daarna vinden we het jammer dat er geen restitutie mogelijk is, ongeacht de reden voor niet-aankomst of vervroegd vertrek. In onze Rocky Mountain-omgeving zijn bosbranden en andere natuurrampen mogelijk. In het geval dat een natuurramp een annulering van uw reservering vereist, kan Bear Creek Lodge niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden en worden er geen terugbetalingen gedaan.

In de lodge ervaren onze klanten een zekere mate van verjonging die alleen de rust van een comfortabele, afgelegen omgeving en de pracht van Moeder Natuur lijken te kunnen bieden. Als je toch moet werken, bieden we twee grote overdekte vergaderruimtes en maximaal zes informele pauzeruimtes... hoewel we je altijd de 155 hectare prachtige wildernis aanbevelen om je eigen conferentieruimte te maken. We bieden ook Wi-Fi en audio/visuele apparatuur voor presentaties en projectvergaderingen zoals u dat wenst. Onze medewerkers staan de hele dag voor u klaar om aan al uw behoeften te voldoen en ervoor te zorgen dat u het meeste uit uw bezoek haalt, of u nu zelf enkele activiteiten in de lodge begeleidt of een snack meeneemt voor uw verblijf.
