Over ons

Hotel Salus kijkt uit op het beroemde en mooie strand van Jesolo, dat in heel Europa bekend staat om zijn moderne apparatuur, goudkleurig zand en ondiep water (ideaal voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen), en ligt in het centrum van Lido Ovest, vlakbij Piazza Marina, een gebied dat zowel levendig is als beschermd tegen de zomerse drukte. De 75 kamers van Hotel Salus zijn bereikbaar via een originele panoramische lift die naar de hotelverdiepingen leidt waar kamers zijn die voldoen aan de verschillende behoeften van onze gasten: er zijn kamers, eenpersoonskamers, tweepersoonskamers, driepersoonskamers en familiekamers met twee ruimtes, ideaal voor de rust van gezinnen met kinderen.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
