De beste herinneringen die we hebben aan vakanties zijn meestal ontmoetingen met mensen. We hebben veel te bieden in de Alpen, de prachtige bergen, meren en bossen. Wat echter echt telt, is de manier waarop we onze gasten verwelkomen. Er zijn veel redenen om op vakantie te gaan, het eten, de natuur, de aardige mensen, de levensstijl etc. Je zult waarschijnlijk dingen doen en niet te veel tijd in de kamer doorbrengen. Maar als je het hotel binnenkomt en naar de kamer gaat, geniet je van het gevoel welkom, comfortabel en thuis te zijn.
