Het betoverende 16e-eeuwse herenhuis, nu omgebouwd tot een bekroond luxehotel en restaurant met 21 slaapkamers, ligt in het pittoreske dorpje Corfe Castle, in het hart van het eiland Purbeck. De 'Jurassic Coast' staat op de werelderfgoedlijst, samen met prachtige stranden, prachtige landschappen, geschiedenis, geologie, wilde dieren en nog veel meer, en is daarmee een locatie die je gezien moet hebben. Swanage. Studland, Wareham, Lulworth, Durdle Door, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, Weymouth, Swanage Steam Railway, Chesil Beach, Poole, Sandbanks en nog veel meer lekkernijen zijn allemaal gemakkelijk te bereiken. De afgelopen jaren is Mortons House uitgeroepen tot 'Small Hotel of the Year' en bovendien een Silver Award ontvangen voor 'Toegankelijke accommodatie' (South West Tourism). De eigenaren zijn net zo trots op hun 'Gold Award'-status van VisitBritain. Mortons House heeft een vergunning voor burgerlijke bruiloften en is al vele jaren een populaire locatie voor bruiloften en andere speciale gelegenheden.
