Neem de metro naar het station New York Ave/Gallaudet University op de rode lijn. Dit is het station dat het dichtst bij Gallaudet University ligt. De shuttlebus wordt opgehaald bij de ingang van M Street.
De shuttle wordt ook opgehaald bij Union Station. De ophaallocatie bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping van de Union Station-garage waar alle bussen worden opgehaald en afgezet. Het Gallaudet-bord is de eerste pendelbus wanneer u Union Station verlaat.
