Deze ruimte is eerst een kunstgalerie en ten tweede een evenementenruimte. De galerie behoudt zich het recht voor om een gebruik te weigeren dat niet consistent is met een kunstgalerie. Kunstwerken mogen niet in de galerie worden tentoongesteld of verkocht, behalve de kunstwerken die worden tentoongesteld door kunstenaars van Foundry Gallery of hun gasten. De promotie of verkoop van producten of handelswaar is mogelijk niet het hoofddoel van het evenement. Verkoop van goederen is alleen toegestaan indien dit verband houdt met het hoofddoel van het evenement. De verkoop van T-shirts ter herdenking van de gebeurtenis of de verkoop van cd's door de entertainer is bijvoorbeeld toegestaan. De galerie is open voor het publiek van woensdag tot en met zondag van 13.00 tot 19.00 uur. Voorkeursevenementen worden gehouden op tijden die minimaal van invloed zijn op de kijkuren van het publiek, zoals maandag en dinsdag, of op andere dagen in de avond. We geven er de voorkeur aan dat de opstelling niet eerder begint dan 17.00 uur op dagen dat de galerie open is voor het publiek.
