• Evenementen kunnen op elk moment beginnen nadat het museum om 18.00 uur is gesloten. Het staat verkopers vrij om te beginnen met de installatie zolang het museum open is vanaf 14.30 uur. • Het museum hanteert een „blonde bar” -beleid; om de originele marmeren vloeren van het gebouw te beschermen, zijn rode wijn, sappen en kleurstoffen in de meeste gevallen verboden. Rode wijn is alleen toegestaan bij zittende diners. • Alle leveranciers moeten volledig verzekerd zijn en een verzekeringscertificaat kunnen overleggen. Het museum heeft een lijst met favoriete cateraars, maar deze is niet exclusief. Als je een andere cateraar op het oog hebt, werkt het museum graag met hen samen als ze verzekerd zijn en onlangs in een historisch gebouw hebben gewerkt.
