Annuleringsbeleid

Gastheren kunnen een datum annuleren of verzetten door Hill Center hiervan op de hoogte te stellen. Alle annuleringen moeten schriftelijk worden gedaan. De annuleringstarieven zijn: Geen kosten voor annulering met een opzegtermijn van ten minste zestig (60) dagen voor het evenement. 25% van de huurprijs voor annuleringen met een opzegtermijn van meer dan dertig (30) maar minder dan zestig (60) dagen voor het evenement. 50% van de huurprijs voor annuleringen die meer dan zeven (7) maar minder dan dertig (30) dagen voor het evenement worden gedaan. 100% van de huursom voor annuleringen die zeven (7) of minder dagen voor het evenement zijn gemaakt en het vervallen van de borg.
