Het conferentiecentrum heeft plafonds van 12 voet

Annuleringsbeleid

Het annuleringsbeleid kan variëren. Alle reserveringen moeten vergezeld zijn van een aanbetaling voor de eerste overnachting plus de dan toepasselijke staats- en lokale belastingen, of gegarandeerd met een belangrijke creditcard, of gegarandeerd door een groep. De Lodge neemt geen enkele reservering aan, tenzij deze via een van de bovenstaande methoden is gegarandeerd. In het geval dat een gast een reservering wil annuleren, wordt de aanbetaling terugbetaald als 72 uur voor de dag van aankomst een bericht wordt ontvangen en een annuleringsnummer is verkregen. Een dergelijke annulering wijzigt, ontheft of ontkent echter de verplichtingen van de Groep met betrekking tot verloop en/of annulering uit hoofde van de Overeenkomst en een dergelijke geannuleerde kamer wordt voor dergelijke doeleinden als een „ongebruikte” kamer beschouwd.
