Broad Leys is een prachtig voorbeeld van Arts and Craft Architecture, ontworpen door de beroemde kunst- en ambachtsarchitect CFA Voysey. Broad Leys werd gebouwd in 1898 aan de oevers van Lake Windermere in het hart van het Lake District op zeven hectare grond met uitgebreide toegang tot het meer. Het is het enige CFA Voysey-huis ter wereld dat beschikbaar is voor het publiek voor accommodatie en privégelegenheden. De faciliteiten zijn bij uitstek geschikt voor kleine particuliere en vertrouwelijke bedrijfsevenementen. Met zeven hectare aangelegde tuinen en een prachtig uitzicht op Lake Windermere en daarbuiten, is het perfect geschikt voor het filmen van productlanceringen en achtergrondfoto's. Voor de meer avontuurlijke onder ons kunnen onze managers, op afspraak, zeilcursussen regelen vanaf onze oever van het meer aan boord van 30 ft zeilcruises. Er zijn ter plaatse ook uitstekende faciliteiten om te golfen, te vissen en te schieten. Het huis heeft in totaal 6 slaapkamers en onze managers hebben lokale contacten om grote groepen te helpen ontvangen.
