Het 4-sterrenhotel Macdonald Windsor ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van Windsor Castle en op minder dan vijf minuten lopen van het centraal station van Windsor, en nog een paar minuten van Royal Windsor en Eton Riverside. Londen ligt op iets meer dan een uur rijden met de trein. Met de auto reizen is eenvoudig, op slechts 10 minuten van J6 op de M4, terwijl Heathrow en Gatwick op slechts 15 minuten en 55 minuten afstand liggen. ONZE FACILITEITEN Naast de gevel van het moderne herenhuis vindt u uitstekende conferentiefaciliteiten voor maximaal 140 deelnemers, met zeven prachtig ingerichte vergaderzalen die alles bieden wat u nodig heeft voor uw evenement. De grote Castle Suite kan worden opgedeeld in twee kamers, met een uitklapbaar scherm en luidsprekers om uw presentatie te ondersteunen. Op dezelfde manier kan de St Georges Suite worden geconfigureerd om aan uw behoeften te voldoen, van 70 personen tot 35 personen in een klaslokaal. De kamers met natuurlijk licht zijn voorzien van airconditioning en gratis en onbeperkt WiFi. Als de werkdag voorbij is, zijn er 120 moderne en luxe slaapkamers en de mogelijkheid om bij te tanken in Caleys Brasserie. Er is vooraf geboekte parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar. Er zijn verschillende mogelijkheden voor teambuilding of zakelijke uitstapjes, van een rondje golf, een barbecue aan de rivier of een creatieve workshop.

Located in Rutledge Hill – just a few blocks south of Historic Broadway, in the heart of Downtown Nashville – Husk, from The Neighborhood Dining Group, is reinterpreting the bounty of the surrounding area, exploring an ingredient-driven cuisine that begins in the rediscovery of heirloom products and redefines what it means to cook and eat in Nashville. At Husk, there are some rules about what can go on the plate. If it doesn’t come from the South, it’s not coming through the door. The resulting cuisine is not about rediscovering Southern cooking, but rather exploring the reality of Southern food. Seed-saving, heirloom husbandry, in-house pickling and charcuterie programs by Executive Chef Ben Norton and his culinary team are the basis of Husk’s cuisine. Husk Nashville, located at 37 Rutledge Street, was constructed into the side of a hill between 1879 and 1882 by Dr. John Bunyan Stephens. Its storied history includes serving as Mayor Richard Houston Dudley’s home, where he lived when elected in 1897. The area was settled by the Rutledge and Middleton families of Charleston who were descendants of two of the original South Carolina signers of the Declaration of Independence. Mayor Dudley added the Carriage House located on property in 1890–which will serve as a space to satisfy the restaurant’s culinary whims and host private/special events. The design of the Husk’s interior spaces enhances the building’s roots while demonstrating a sense of Southern style, modernity, energy, and cosmopolitan flair.

We have a focus on waste prevention and this is particularly evident with food waste where our Chefs use best practice food waste reduction techniques and we use food waste measurement technology to monitor and give us a deeper insight into the causes of food waste and help educate our teams. All of the waste we do generate is segregated and we have a target in 2025 to recycle 80% of our waste and continue to send less than 1% to landfill.
