De faciliteit werd in 1997 uitgebreid met de opening van een aangrenzend ultramodern congrescentrum met een panoramisch uitzicht op het centrum van Worcester. Het complex, beschreven als een architectonisch juweeltje, voegde 50.000 vierkante meter tentoonstellingsruimte, 11 vergaderzalen, een balzaal van 12.144 vierkante meter (de grootste in Central Massachusetts) en een ultramoderne keuken toe.
