Our second restaurant in the Boston-area is located in the expansion of the Burlington Mall, one of Massachusetts’ premier high-end destinations for shopping and dining. The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch our Gaucho Chefs practice the art of churrasco as they butcher and grill a variety of fire-roasted meats. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. De faciliteit werd in 1997 uitgebreid met de opening van een aangrenzend ultramodern congrescentrum met een panoramisch uitzicht op het centrum van Worcester. Het complex, beschreven als een architectonisch juweeltje, voegde 50.000 vierkante meter tentoonstellingsruimte, 11 vergaderzalen, een balzaal van 12.144 vierkante meter (de grootste in Central Massachusetts) en een ultramoderne keuken toe.
