InterContinental Yokohama Grand zweeft boven het getransformeerde stadscentrum uit als een strak jacht onder zeil. Attracties zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken, waaronder Yokohama Cosmo World, vijf winkelcentra, het Yokohama Museum of Art, het historische Red Brick Warehouse en Yamashita Park.
