Design-Boutique hotel President ligt in een groene en rustige omgeving in het stadscentrum. Het hotel ligt in de directe omgeving van het meest pittoreske en ongerepte plein van Zagreb, The British Square. Om het centrale plein te bereiken is het een wandeling van 5 minuten over de Ilica, de langste en meest indrukwekkende straat. De openbare voorzieningen zijn intiem en bieden volledige privacy, terwijl ze zijn uitgerust met zorgvuldig geselecteerde antieke meubels en kunstwerken van de grootste wereldkunstenaars. Alle details zijn zorgvuldig ontworpen in een eigentijdse stijl die zich verzet tegen de bestaande art-deco-architectuur. In dit „lifestylehotel” vindt u zowel energie als ontspanning. Het restaurant is ook panoramisch en daarom ingericht als wintertuin. Deze ruimte is multifunctioneel en dient dus voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten, feesten en presentaties.

Today, Legends in Concert is the longest running show in Las Vegas history. In addition, Legends in Concert also has long-running productions in Myrtle Beach (South Carolina), Branson (Missouri), Crown Melbourne (Australia), Foxwoods Resort (Connecticut), The Fireside Theatre (Wisconsin), Atlantic City, Long Island, Niagara Falls, Waikiki (Hawaii) and aboard the Norwegian Pearl. Each legendary performer not only looks like the star they portray, but use their own natural voices to pay homage to their iconic music counterpart. Legends in Concert live tribute shows are known for their elaborate theatrical sets, magnificent costumes and full array of incredible special effects, including three dimensional multimedia and multimillion dollar, state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems. An outstanding cast of accomplished tribute artists, talented singers and dancers, and a live orchestra comprised of some the top musicians in the industry, support each Legends in Concert production.
