Met een diepgeworteld bewustzijn voor het bijzondere, voor de hoogste kwaliteit en voor authentieke gastvrijheid, nodigt het CERVO zijn gasten uit om de indrukwekkende natuurlijke omgeving te ontdekken en een stukje van zichzelf te vinden. 54 kamers en suites, zeven lodges, elk een beetje een eigen wereld. Of het nu gaat om een modern basisstation voor expedities naar de bergen van Zermatt of als suite met een eigen spa - elke gast vindt zijn thuis bij CERVO. De Ātman Mountain Spa combineert het beste van internationale wellnesstradities: meditatie- en coachingsessies, voortreffelijke behandelingen, het stoombad met lokale kruiden en de onsen met een adembenemend uitzicht op de Matterhorn. In de drie restaurants Madre Nostra, Bazaar en Ferdinand ligt de nadruk op lokale seizoenscreaties, verrijkt met smaken van heinde en verre. Privé-evenementen worden gevierd in de verborgen Grapes & Juniper Bar, en voor après-ski kun je elkaar ontmoeten op de terrassen aan het einde van de piste voor dj-geluiden en livemuziek. Het hele jaar door organiseert CERVO ook verschillende evenementen en festivals rond eten, drinken, muziek en cultuur. Het resort omvat ook de Overlook Lodge voor een informele vakantie in een flat en de Schali Lago, de zomerhotspot aan het Schalisee-meer, met wakeboardfaciliteiten en een bar met CERVO-klassiekers op het menu. Het CERVO Mountain Resort is lid van het internationale luxe reisnetwerk Virtuoso en heeft een Platinum-certificering van het toonaangevende duurzaamheidslabel voor Zwitserse accommodatieaanbieders, ibex fairstay.
