Tithe Bar – Northallerton is situated in what was once the Thorn Gap, the building was originally a tithe barn for the Northallerton district. It was used to store wheat & agricultural produce paid as ' tithes' for the Bishopric of Durham.The ground floor bar area is spacious, yet divided into three intimate areas, creating a very welcoming ambiance. The characterful first floor dining room is available for private hire and meetings.
