Welcome to Bolzano! Our cuisine is based on authentic Italian enhanced by using the best and freshest local ingredients, surprising elements, and wherever possible our own organic and heirloom produce grown locally. Our dining area seats up to 70. We've designed our dining area to be comfortable, warm and romantic with views of the ocean. In addition we have a relaxed outdoor seating along a long timber bench for warmer days with an outlook to the water.
