La pensión Kriva se encuentra en el centro histórico de Olomouc. Ofrece a sus huéspedes una conexión única entre una localidad atractiva y un alojamiento de lujo. La casa de huéspedes se creó mediante la reconstrucción (finalizada en 2005) de una casa urbana originalmente barroca cuyo origen se remonta al siglo XIII. La pensión está situada en el tranquilo entorno de una zona de conservación urbana de Olomouc, cerca de muchos lugares de interés histórico como la columna barroca de la Santísima Trinidad, el ayuntamiento gótico-renacentista con reloj astronómico, una colección de fuentes barrocas y un montón de casas y palacios urbanos bien conservados.
