The Magnolia Hotel Omaha is a 145-room upscale boutique hotel in the heart of downtown, featuring 20 suites, including 13 loft-style suites. The gorgeous two-story Presidential Suite, the largest in Omaha, dressing area, kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private entrance with stairs leading into the courtyard. The Magnolia Hotel Omaha is close to many of downtown’s finest attractions, including The historic Old Market; featuring fantastic pubs and restaurants, the Orpheum Theatre, Omaha Children's Museum, Holland Performing Arts Center, Joslyn Art Museum, the Durham Museum, and the CHI Health Center.
