The Omaha Marriott Downtown is a 333 guest room, 12-story hotel and the anchor for the Capitol District, an upscale urban destination, with a dining and entertainment community located in the heart of downtown Omaha, NE. The hotel is just minutes away from Eppley Airfield Airport and set across the street from the CHI Health Convention Center and Arena. Complimentary shuttle service provided to the airport and other sites and attractions in the downtown Omaha area. The full-service hotel features an on-site restaurant, bar and a Starbucks® coffeehouse as well as over 27,000 square feet of flexible, unique, indoor and outdoor, meeting and event space. Just outside the Omaha Marriott Downtown’s doors, the Capitol District offers an eclectic, urban twist on the traditional town square. This district features a large outdoor Plaza, that can be booked for events, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment, as well as residential apartments and office space.
