Eiland Krk is een unieke schatkamer van cultureel, historisch erfgoed van Omisalj, Vrbnik en Dobrinj op het noordelijke deel van het eiland tot Jurandvor met de beroemde Baška-inscriptie uit de 12e eeuw, Punat met Kosljun en de stad Krk met het kasteel van de Frankopanen en uitstekend bewaard gebleven stadsmuren.
