Offer valid for organizers who enter into qualifying contracts by December 31, 2025 for a Qualifying Room Block held at Hyatt Regency Orlando for stays between July 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Offer code “ROOMS-2025” must be requested at time of event inquiry and disclosed in a signed event contract and offer is subject to availability of guest rooms at time of booking. Offer availability is based on the discretion of the hotel.
A “Qualifying Room Block” is a booking of a minimum of 10 guest rooms with at least one night occurring on a peak night at participating hotels.
Offer not valid with conventions, other promotional offers, tour packages or special rate programs. Rate is per room, per night, based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted and excludes, unless specifically noted, service charges, mandatory resort fees, applicable taxes and other incidental expenses. Additional charges may apply for additional guests or room type upgrades.
