Las habitaciones con baño son privadas y están separadas de la sala de estar. El complejo es solo alojamiento. Hay espacio para reuniones al otro lado de la calle del centro vacacional, en la Facultad de Administración Hotelera de la UCF. Los arreglos se pueden hacer a través de Vista Cay.
