This hotel is a Verified Net Zero Hotel and Green Key certified:​ We are advancing towards Net Zero with maximum carbon emissions reduction and offsetting of all remaining emissions​; We monitor and reduce energy and water consumption through efficient systems and fixtures; We implement waste sorting and recycling solutions, eliminate single-use plastics, and manage chemicals responsibly; We maintain a sustainability policy, train team members, and inform guests about eco-conscious practices. In any of the Radisson hotels M&E your meeting is carbon compensated – this is different in a Verified Net Zero hotel, as the energy is 100% from renewable sources and the carbon footprint of materials available (pens, pads, stationary) is calculated annually and removed through carbon removal credits, supporting regenerative agriculture farmers in the UK and Europe.

The property has implemented a comprehensive waste reduction and recycling program, with recycling bins available in all guestrooms and main public areas, supported by regular waste audits to ensure high recycling accuracy. Bulk amenity dispensers are recycled in partnership with Clean the World, while glass water bottles are provided in guest and meeting rooms to reduce single-use plastics. Signature coffee pods are recycled in collaboration with Nespresso. In addition, the kitchens utilize food waste–reducing technology (e-Smiley), which scans and identifies food leftovers to optimize menus, portion sizes, and ingredient sourcing. Surplus food is further minimized by offering unsold meals through the social economy app Too Good To Go, providing the local community with access to affordable, high-quality food.
