Important Things To Know: Due to the custom nature of the vehicles: Weight limit is 250 pounds per person, weight limit for 2 people in the same vehicle is 400 pounds (no exceptions). No prior experience is needed. Guests will receive training operating the mini-car and driving rules for the road. Each vehicle seats 2 people. All drivers must be 21 or over with a valid drivers license (international drivers license accepted). All passengers must be 6 years or older. If both people are 21 with a valid drivers license they can switch driving anytime. Maximum height is 6’3” when riding with a passenger. Price per reservation is for 2 people in the same vehicle. We will provide helmets.

Instead of managing multiple vendors, you can work with one experienced group that understands how the entire event fits together. For presentations and panels, we can provide a built stage setup along with microphones, speakers, and projection. Whether you are hosting a keynote, a fireside chat, an awards program, or a company update, we can configure the room with staging that creates a clear focal point and polished look. Our A V system supports slides, videos, and live entertainment, with a focus on clean sound and seamless transitions.
