About us
Palau Hotel Sardegna is located on the upper part of Palau, one of Sardinia’s famous tourist destinations, looking out over an extraordinary panorama of the Maddalena, Caprera and the other islands of the archipelago. The 4-star hotel of Palau has 85 double rooms and 12 suites, nearly all with a view of the sea and equipped with modern amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The Hotel provides a fully-equipped Conference Center, capable of hosting about 150 people; it is multifunctional and can be converted into a Piano Bar, discotheque and general activities area. The Conference Hall, complete with independent entrance, is perfect for organizing conferences, conventions, business meetings, fashion shows and show rooms.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels.
When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
