Cancellation policy : • Cancellation of the reservation Until 120 days before the arrival the total of the first deposit Will be blocked. • Cancellation before 30 days will blocked 50% of the total • Cancellation of the reservation 15 days previous to the event, a 100 % of the quantity paid. • “No show” will be charged the whole stay.
Additional details
The Santos Nixe Palace 5* hotel first opened its doors in the 1960s. It was one of the first luxury hotels in Mallorca. Throughout its history personalities such as Grace Kelly have stayed in its comfortable rooms. The hotel was abandoned in the 80's until our president Don José Luís Santos, fell in love with its white balustrades and its exclusive location. The hotel opened its doors completely refurbished in 1997, with 133 rooms with sea views (except 19 classic city view), spectacular terraces for sunbathing and relaxing or even for holding private events.
