Annuleringsbeleid

ACCOMMODATIE IN DE GASTENKAMER vindt u op het bijgevoegde informatieblad. Onze kamers bevinden zich in onze zes afzonderlijke gebouwen, omringd door prachtige landbouwgrond. Elke kamer beschikt over een eigen badkamer. Het pension heeft ook een vierde complete badkamer in de hal. Als iemand in uw groep speciale accommodaties nodig heeft, laat het ons dan zo snel mogelijk weten, zodat we dit kunnen regelen. **We eisen dat alle groepen ouder dan 10 jaar alle kosten in verband met hun retraite onder de knie hebben, inclusief kameraccommodaties. Groepen onder de 10 jaar kunnen individueel betalen. * AANBETALING/ANNULERINGS- EN ADMINISTRATIEKOSTEN — we eisen dat de helft van het totale bedrag binnen twee weken na het boeken van uw reservering per creditcard (alleen Visa, MasterCard of AMEX) aan ons wordt betaald, zodat we de ruimte voor uw conferentie kunnen behouden. Bij annulering binnen 60 dagen voorafgaand aan de conferentiedatum vragen we de volledige betaling, verminderd met eventuele boekingen die we voor die periode maken. Als er twee weken na de vertrekdatum van uw conferentie nog een openstaand saldo overblijft, verwerken we een afschrijving op de creditcard die in ons bestand is geregistreerd. Als u de conferentie uitstelt naar een andere datum, verplaatsen we uw aanbetaling graag naar de nieuwe datum. Als u uw conferentie echter een tweede keer moet uitstellen (en elke volgende keer daarna), worden er administratiekosten van $50 in rekening gebracht voor elke datumwijziging.
