L'hôtel Baztan est situé en plein cœur de la vallée de Baztan, dans les Pyrénées navarraises, à proximité du chemin de Saint-Jacques de Baztan. Il est entouré de montagnes impressionnantes, de champs verdoyants parsemés de fermes traditionnelles et de bois feuillus. Une terre de traditions anciennes, d'un folklore intéressant, d'une cuisine délicieuse et d'une architecture spectaculaire, avec des bâtiments nobles et vernaculaires. L'hôtel dispose de 83 chambres confortables aux couleurs chaudes qui invitent les clients à se reposer et à profiter du calme, dans une atmosphère accueillante. Pour les familles, certaines de nos chambres sont communicantes. Au restaurant GARZAIN de l'hôtel, vous pourrez déguster l'excellente cuisine et les boissons de la région, ainsi que certains des meilleurs plats d'auteur préparés par notre chef cuisinier à base de produits de saison.
