Annulering van kamers en banketten: Een marge van 5% van het totale oorspronkelijk gefactureerde bedrag kan tot 30 dagen voor aanvang van het evenement kosteloos worden geannuleerd. De annuleringspercentages zijn niet cumulatief. Boven 5% van het totale initiële totale factuurbedrag worden de geannuleerde diensten gefactureerd volgens het volgende schema: • Meer dan 90 dagen: Elke gedeeltelijke annulering wordt gefactureerd tegen 35% van het overeengekomen tarief. • Van 90 tot 61 dagen voor aankomst: Elke gedeeltelijke annulering wordt gefactureerd tegen 50% van het overeengekomen tarief. • Van 60 tot 31 dagen voor aankomst: Elke gedeeltelijke annulering wordt gefactureerd tegen 75% van het overeengekomen tarief. • Vanaf 30 dagen voor aankomst: Elke annulering wordt voor 100% in rekening gebracht. De no-show van de klant, evenals elke verkorting van de verblijfsduur, worden gefactureerd op basis van de oorspronkelijke verblijfsduur.
