It’s here you’ll discover a Pendry resort rising at the base of Park City Mountain Resort in the heart of the revitalized Canyons Village. In 2025, access to the mountain became even more convenient, with the high speed, ten-person Sunrise Gondola located just steps away from the hotel. See "Additional Details" below for more information. Pendry Park City is the ideal base for outdoor adventures in every season. Our prime ski-in/ski-out location offers 7,300 acres of exceptional terrain paired with all of the services of a luxury resort, including ski valet, Spa Pendry, upscale dining options and a rooftop restaurant and pool. During the warmer months, hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor concerts are equally enticing endeavors. Over 10,000 square feet is available for events, including a 5,670 square foot ballroom divisible into four separate spaces, and 1,650 square foot outdoor terrace. A modernist take on a traditional alpine lodge, the resort features 175 guestrooms and residences ranging in size from king rooms to four-bedroom homes. Additional details
The Sunrise Gondola has opened! The 6,500 foot, 10-passenger gondola will improve circulation and access from Canyons Village to the Red Pine area. The base terminal is located at the footsteps of the Pendry Park City, with a final destination located in the Red Pine area. We’re excited to get guests on snow faster and expect significantly shorter wait times at Canyons Village. The Sunrise Gondola will end at Red Pine, offering a third lift option alongside Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble Express. It will enhance access for lodging guests and day visitors, improving the mountain experience for everyone!
