Hotel Verdi is situated in the heart of Parma, a town for art, music, and opera lovers, and for gourmets; the town is nowadays an important crossroad for trade and commerce, a meeting place for national conferences, tourism, and business. The Hotel has twenty rooms, singles, doubles, and suites, all welcoming and spacious, to enjoy your own privacy and relaxtion. The rooms feature large windows overlooking the Royal Park, wooden floors, briar wooden furniture, fine bed linen, and each bathroom is lined in quality marble and fully equipped. The hotel also offers a conference hall for meetings up to 50 people.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
