Les Berlengas sont un archipel portugais composé de petites îles de l'Atlantique situées entre 10 et 17 kilomètres (6,2 à 10,6 miles) au large de Peniche, au Portugal, dans la région de l'Oeste. Ces îles étaient traditionnellement appelées « les Burlings » par les marins britanniques. La seule île habitée est sa plus grande île, Berlenga Grande, bien qu'il n'y ait actuellement aucune habitation permanente dans l'archipel. Les autres îles sont regroupées en deux groupes d'îlots, les îlots Estelas et les îlots Farilhões-Forcados.
