Among the hotel’s three restaurants is the exquisite Gourmet-Restaurant Victor's Fine Dining by Christian Bau. Chef Christian Bau has been crowned with three Michelin stars. The following incentive sand activities have already been completed on our grounds with great success: Dragon Boat Race on the Moselle, GPS Rallye through the vineyards with wine tasting and snack stations, soap box races, Casino nights, Curling, Cocktail Masterclass, Criminal Dinner, torch light walks, raft building. And for a touch more exclusivity, we even have a helicopter landing site.
