Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing and the following terms are applicable: • Deposits are non-refundable • Between 90 and 30 days notice prior to the event– the full deposit will be retained, and in addition the Hotel will require an amount equal to 25% of the expected value from the function (including accommodation bookings, etc) • Less than 30 days notice prior to the event – the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 50% of the expected value of the function. • If cancelled within 72 hours prior to the event – the cancellation fee will be equivalent to the total proposed cost of the function.
