About us

Built in 1897, The Local Hotel is one of Western Australia's oldest trading hotels. You wouldn't know to look at it though. Refurbished in 2006, its interior is now very modern and sophisticated and offers a contemporary restaurant and bar, as well as 22 hotel rooms upstairs. This makes it great for functions; your guests from out of town can relax and have a good night out, knowing they can forget about the taxi queue and get a good night's sleep upstairs. The Restaurant is table service carried out by our friendly team. It’s the perfect place to bring your family, friends and work colleagues for business socials. Our friendly team will work to make sure you have an enjoyable dining experience. The dining area has the capacity to seat 200.
