Perth Concert Hall sits in the heart of the Fair City of Perth and is ideally located with 90 per cent of the Scottish population only 90 minutes drive away. A contemporary building, offering flexibility to host a wide range of events and activities, has won many awards for its contribution to business, community and arts since it’s opening in 2005. At its heart is a 1200 capacity auditorium, offering several flexible staging configurations to accommodate theatre style presentations from as little as 120 delegates, host dinners for up to 300 guests or provide an exhibition area of no less than 560 sqm. The light and airy glass foyer houses a café bar, cloakroom and information desk, but also provides an engaging space for receptions, networking, registration desks and exhibitions. A range of variously sized rooms offer well equipped spaces for smaller meetings, break outs and corporate events. You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
