About us

Das Castello dell'Oscano ist ein alter Adelssitz, umgeben von der Ruhe eines jahrhundertealten Parks in den grünen Hügeln Umbriens. Es ist seit über 100 Jahren ein Zuhause für Kunst und Kultur. Das Schloss befindet sich in der Nähe von Perugia, in einer äußerst faszinierenden und unglaublich reizvollen Atmosphäre. Die Residenz verfügt über elegante Zimmer und Säle mit antiken Möbeln. Das Schloss verfügt über 11 Zimmer und 2 Restaurantsäle, eine Bibliothek, den Aida-Haupteingang und ein wunderschönes Solarium mit herrlichem Ausblick. Die Villa Ada ist eine herrliche Residenz im Renaissancestil mit 23 wunderschön eingerichteten Zimmern. La Macina Dell'Oscano ist ein charmantes Ferienhaus, das in 13 separate Wohnungen aufgeteilt ist. Das Schloss verfügt über viele Räume und Säle, die für Bankette und Zeremonien für bis zu 120 Personen geeignet sind. Der Saal der Duelle bietet Platz für Bankette für bis zu 300 Personen. Der Wisteria Hall ist ein moderner Saal für Tagungen und Workshops mit einer maximalen Kapazität von 60 Personen.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
