La Sala de Festivales está situada en la parte trasera del Ayuntamiento, junto a la piscina exterior. Su nombre conmemora el Festival Musical de Petersfield, que se encargó de recaudar los fondos para construir el Salón en 1936. El Festival Hall ofrece un auditorio adecuado para conciertos y producciones teatrales, junto con una sala de eventos muy cómoda llamada Rose Room y otras salas de reuniones. El Festival Hall tiene capacidad para 384 personas y 190 asientos en asientos escalonados retráctiles. La sala Rose tiene capacidad para 100 personas. La capacidad combinada del Festival Hall y la Rose Room es de 600 personas. Otras habitaciones disponibles tienen capacidad para entre 25 y 50 personas. Una cocina bien equipada que incluye vajilla, cubertería y cristalería, que está disponible para alquilar, complementa este salón público muy flexible.
