Twinpalms Phuket is located in a tranquil and exclusive environment, 175 meters from Surin beach, in an area often referred to as “millionaires’row”. Found on the sought after and highly desirable west coast, the area provides one of the most beautiful and least crowded stretches of golden Tropical sand in Phuket. From the airport, it takes about 25 minutes to reach Twin -palms Phuket. There are only 97 luxurious spacious Penthouses, Suites and Rooms, each surrounded by palms, with all of the units featuring a private terrace and offering. The hotel has meeting rooms which are ideal for holding business meetings and conferences.

A Phuket conference centre that accommodates over 100 people in a variety set up styles. Transportation: 25 minutes from Phuket International Airport and 30 minutes from Phuket City. Airport limousine transfer is available (maximum 3 people), as well as transfers by private mini-van for larger groups (maximum 6 people). Perhaps the most peaceful and beneficial meeting venue in Phuket, The Meeting Room at Twinpalms Phuket Resort is equipped with all the amenities to facilitate a high-profile conference. The Surin Room overlooks theb beauty of Surin Beach. The wall-to-wall windows provide ample natural light, as well as a unique backdrop for any assembly, however formal or casual. The members of staff at Twinpalms Phuket are dedicated to making every meeting a success and can be relied upon to deliver quality, right down to the finest detail. The Meeting Room has 197.5 m2, inclusive of coffee break area, which facility divisible into three smaller rooms, each of which can be set up in any of 5 configurations to meet a particular conference’s needs. The arrangements to choose from are: Classroom – three places per table, all facing the front Board Meeting – guests sit around one large table Hollow Square – guests sit around the outside of the square U-shape – same as hollow square, but with one end open Theatre – Rows of seats without tables, all facing a head table
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS: -Any reduction to the number of rooms (per day) and/ or changes in dates as agreed to in this contract, will be referred to as a cancellation. -Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the cancelled accommodation and the estimated value of all the functions. -Cancellation received less than 45 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the cancelled accommodation and the estimated value of all the functions. - No shows will be subject to a fee 100% of room charges of total accommodation held and the estimated value of all functions. -Should an early departure take place, a penalty of 100% of remaining stay contracted will apply as cancellation fee. -All cancellations must be received in writing.
