Abbazia San Faustino is een abdij uit de 13e eeuw en een zeer moderne badplaats in Umbrië, voor vakanties ver weg van de drukke wereld maar toch dichtbij jezelf. Als in een droom verrijst uit een zee van alle tinten groen een eiland van steen. De totale capaciteit van het hotel is 40 personen in 16 verschillende kamers, van de unieke Suite Bell Tower tot de charmante Scoiattolo- of Melograno-kamers. Alle kamers zijn heerlijk uniek en worden gekenmerkt door een voortreffelijke charme. Het hotel is een ideale plek voor vergaderingen, conferenties, trainingen en bruiloften. Het hotel biedt plaats aan 70 personen in theaterstijl.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
